NEXUS DAO provides educational and general information about prop firms, FX brokers, crypto exchanges and trading. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product. We do not guarantee profits, a challenge pass rate or a reward.
Regulation and local law
Whether each service complies with the regulations and laws of your country depends on your residence and on the legal entity you contract with. Please check the official page of each service (broker, prop firm, exchange, Whop, Discord and others) to confirm that it is available and lawful for you before you use it. A service appearing on this site does not mean it is permitted or suitable in your country.

Trading FX, CFDs and crypto-assets carries a high risk of losing capital, and leverage magnifies losses. Prop firm challenges charge a fee, which may not be refundable, and do not guarantee a pass or a reward. Past results do not guarantee future results. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

Third-party services
Brokers, prop firms, exchanges, Discord, Whop, YouTube and other third-party services have their own terms, fees and privacy policies. NEXUS DAO is not a party to your agreement with them and is not responsible for their services.
Privacy
This site does not ask you to create an account. At the time of writing it installs no analytics or advertising scripts, and videos load from YouTube only after you press play. Some pages store preferences (for example your language or learning progress) in your browser’s local storage; the data stays on your device and you can delete it by clearing this site’s data. Links lead to third-party sites that have their own privacy policies. Never send passwords, verification codes, ID documents, card numbers or API keys to anyone claiming to be NEXUS DAO. If this changes, this notice will be updated.

You use this site at your own risk. Content is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and may change or be removed at any time. To the extent permitted by law, NEXUS DAO is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or of third-party services.
