How to submit a correction
Provide the page URL, quote or describe the statement, explain the issue and link to primary evidence where possible. For provider terms, the official current rules or regulator records are preferred.
How we assess reports
We assess materiality, source quality, date and whether the information applies to the product, legal entity and region described. We may clarify wording, add context, change the page or explain why a proposed change is not supported.
Update dates
A modified date should reflect a meaningful review or change, not be changed solely to make a page appear fresh. Readers should still verify time-sensitive conditions with the official provider.
Limits
We cannot promise a specific response time or accept every requested change. The absence of a correction does not mean a provider’s claims have been independently verified.
